DESCRIPTION
The Shred Thread Training Days and Camps will be held at various locations across the United States. These events are designed specifically to instruct and support the growth of lacrosse across the country. Training Days will be geared towards training and showcasing talents and training camps will be weekend opportunities with a focus on training and introducing the Shred Thread Methodology to all participants.

Cost Includes: T-Shirt/Pinnie, Certified Athletic Training Staff, Officials for Games, and intense meaningful instruction from Shred Thread Coaches.

AGE
Training Days are reserved for high school aged athletes only and are ran as a “showcase style” event.
Training Camps are typically open to all ages and will vary from location to location and pending demand.
