Shred Thread Lacrosse Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for a Shred Thread Lacrosse Program. We understand that there are many moving parts in every family and schedules may change or athletes decide that lacrosse is not the sport for them. We will always try to do what is best for you and your family in regards to refunds. However, we appreciate your understanding of our refund policy.

We do not have access to your credit card information and will never add credit directly back to your credit card. Unless otherwise specified, we will add a credit to your account within the Shred Thread Lacrosse / Coach Carey LG Camps Lacrosse registration system that can be used towards a future program.

**Please see the information below before requesting a refund. Each program we run may have a different policy.

Programs that are limited on the number of participants admitted:  Example - Shred Thread National Teams

Any program that is limited in the number of participants, mainly our academy or training specific programs, will have a very restricted refund policy. We limit the number of participants in the session, if you register for the program and later cancel; you are taking the opportunity from another athlete to participate.

• If you cancel a month before the first day; you are entitled to a full refund which will be added directly to our account within the Shred Thread Lacrosse system and can be used for a future program.
• If you cancel two weeks before the first day; you are entitled to a 50% refund which will be added directly to your account within the Shred Thread Lacrosse system and can be used for a future program.
• If you cancel inside of two weeks before the first day; you are entitled to a 25% refund which will be added directly to your account within the Shred Thread Lacrosse system and can be used for a future program.
• If you cancel on the first day of the program or after; you are not entitled to a refund.

Programs that are not limited on the number of participants admitted: Example - Showcases + Prospect Days

• If you cancel a month before the first day; you are entitled to a full refund and a check can be mailed to your home or we can add the credit to your account.
• If you cancel two weeks before the first day; you are entitled to a 50% refund which can be added directly to your account within the Shred Thread Lacrosse system and can be used for a future program or we can mail a check for the amount (50% of the registration fee) to your home.
• If you cancel inside of two weeks before the first day; you are entitled to a 25% refund which will be added directly to your account within the Shred Thread Lacrosse system and can be used for a future program. Check being mailed home is no longer an option.
• If you cancel on the first day of the program or after; you are not entitled to a refund. If you decide to make payment plans they must be completed in full, even if you decide to leave a team in mid-summer season.  The agreed upon amount must be paid in full.
